* Master the commercial engine. To fund the mission, you must command the financials. You will be fluent in the complex language of AN-ACC, not as a bureaucrat, but as a strategist, translating clinical needs into a sustainable financial model that fuels, rather than restricts, world-class care.
* Build an army of leaders. Your most critical task is to forge a culture where facility managers are not isolated operators, but a connected, supported, and resilient collective. You will make this organisation a true employer of choice by creating an environment where people are empowered to do the best work of their lives.
