**The Role**:
We are seeking local MC Driver’s to join the team in the Nambour depot for local pickup and delivery work. Local drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of customer goods and the loading, unloading and load restraint of freight.
We have multiple roles available:
- Fulltime Dayshift
- Casual Dayshift
- Casual Nightshift
**Primary duties of the role include**:
- Working with temperature sensitive produce for local pickup and delivery runs
- Ensuring the safe and timely handling of company freight
- Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery paperwork including the use of in-vehicle technology
- Interacting with clients in a professional manner
- Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight
**About You**:
- Hold a current & valid MC licence (as a minimum)
- Experience in relevant licence class and reversing onto docks
- Knowledge of paperwork associated with freight delivery and familiarity using internal cab data systems
- Have a commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Have a strong customer focus with good communication skills.
- Be well presented, qualified and reliable.
- Previous refrigerated transport experience is highly respected in this role._
**To be successful for this role applicants must**:
- Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test
- Provide a current traffic print out
