Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our workshop at TeamMoto Cairns.

The Role:
* Collaborate with the Dealer Principal to ensure successful service department operation
* Manage day-to-day workshop operations in a busy environment
* Maintain optimum workshop capacity and achieve KPIs
* Liaise with the Parts Manager to meet timelines
* Provide exceptional customer service while leading a team of technicians
About You:
* Proven experience as a Service Manager or Advisor in automotive or motorcycles
* Exceptional customer service and people management skills
* Technical knowledge and ability to interpret
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and strong work ethic with a passion for motivating and supporting your team
* Passionate about motorcycles
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Dealer Principal to drive business growth and success
* Lead and manage a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service
* Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
