Early Years Engagement Worker
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Years Engagement Worker. This role is part of our Tasmanian Government initiative, Working Together, which aims to provide quality early learning opportunities for three year olds in Tasmania.
The successful candidate will work with local communities, families, and service partners to develop and implement effective approaches to engaging disadvantaged parents and families in their communities.
Duties
* Connect with socially marginalised or at-risk children and families to improve outcomes in child wellbeing and education.
* Work with the Working Together project team, service partners' staff, and community services to achieve effective engagement strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
* A current Driver's Licence
* An appropriate qualification, such as social work, community development, or community services, or a related discipline.
