What You'll Be Doing To provide a high quality clinical service to clients and their families/carers under the supervision of an Allied Health Professional to optimise health outcomes for the clients of the service. The position will play a key role in ensuring the specific cultural needs of Aboriginal clients and their families are considered and addressed when delivering care. The Allied Health Assistant is also responsible for undertaking designated departmental and administrative tasks necessary to support service delivery. The position is a part of the Brighter Beginnings multidisciplinary team. This team is responsible for implementing preschool health and development screening program in SWSLHD. Where You'll Be Working SWSLHD Primary & Community Health provides a comprehensive range of community-based services designed to improve and maintain the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities across South Western Sydney. These services include prevention, early intervention, assessment, acute and post-acute treatment, health maintenance, and continuing care. The team supports diverse populations, offering specialised programs for children, young people, older adults, and at-risk communities.
