We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Neville Richards Real Estate in Drysdale, VIC. This full-time role will provide vital support to our Residential Leasing and Property Management departments, assisting with the leasing & administrative aspects of managing residential rental properties.


What we're looking for

Previous experience in a residential leasing or assistant property manager role will be highly regarded.

Familiarity with PropertyMe, Inspection Express & InspectRealEstate highly regarded.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and friendly manner.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to learning new computer programs.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

The role

We are searching for an assistant Property Manager to assist one of our Senior Property Managers with her large portfolio of 250 properties. The main responsibilities of the successful applicant would include maintenance co-ordination and overseeing compliance and minimum standards requirements, assisting with administrative duties, leasing and open inspections. There is potential for this to eventuate into a Property Management role subject to new listings and performance of approved applicant.
