Nestlé has a casual merchandising opportunity for motivated and talented individuals who are looking for a career in sales. As a Casual Merchandiser, you will represent the company in the Grocery channel and be responsible for negotiating, selling and building displays to optimise store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.
* Represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores)
* Negotiate, sell and build displays to optimise store presence for our products
* Work autonomously with support from a Territory Sales Manager
* Build strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers and represent the company with pride, positivity and passion
* Current, valid driver's license and a safe reliable motor vehicle is essential
* Be physically able to lift stock for building of displays and utilise the company's creative point of sale
* Be proficient using a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays
* Live within the designated Area
* Be able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes
The role requires flexibility, with availability between Wednesday to Friday being essential. You will also need to work additional hours on a Monday and Tuesday during busy periods. The working week will be 46-50 weeks per year, excluding a shutdown period mid-December to the first week in January.
