As a workplace rehabilitation specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals return to meaningful employment. Your specialist knowledge and skills will enable you to provide tailored support to clients who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Use your clinical expertise to support clients' journeys as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services.
* Minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
* Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor clients' progress toward their return-to-work goal.
* Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
What You'll Need:
* Professional registration with relevant regulatory bodies.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
* A current Working with Children Check.
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
