We are looking for a polished, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our Tory Burch boutique at Pacific Fair. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in luxury retail, loves building genuine client relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

About the Role
As our Assistant Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store's performance and customer experience. You will be responsible for:
* Leading and developing a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences
* Driving sales and maximising profitability through strategic planning and performance management
* Ensuring inventory integrity by minimising stock loss and maintaining accurate stock levels
* Managing visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand standards
* Fostering a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment
* Upholding high service standards and consistently meeting key performance indicators
