Job Title
We are seeking a Business Services Coordinator to join our team at the Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be part of creating memorable experiences for our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with venue hire clients, guiding them through the booking and contracting process, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
* Manage venue bookings and coordinate events
* Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience
* Grow venue hire bookings to support the centre's continued success
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Diploma in Business Management or equivalent experience
* Experience in function or event coordination
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to think and plan strategically
* Computer literacy particularly in Word and Excel
* Marketing/Sales experience
* Current Senior First Aid certification
