Job Title: Practice Partner
This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real impact in the field of Early Childhood Education and Care. As a Practice Partner, you will play a crucial part in supporting the state's practice uplift goals by providing coaching and advice on quality teaching and learning support.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality coaching and advice to ensure nationally consistent teaching and learning support.
* Work with centres to deliver their Quality Improvement Plan actions in a coaching and modelling capacity.
* Support the implementation of the National Quality Standard, the Early Years Learning Framework, and other approved learning frameworks.
* Maintain currency and expert knowledge of relevant state learning frameworks and Australian ECEC practice.
* Collaborate with specialists to co-design and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Develop and maintain working relationships with Operations Team to support safety outcomes.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of Child Protection Law matters applicable to the jurisdiction.
Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university.
* Extensive early childhood teacher education experience aged birth to 8 years.
* Strong understanding of assessment and rating processes and Exceeding themes.
* Experience delivering high-quality training to centre-based teams.
* Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and other State based approved/recognised learning guidelines.
