Key Responsibilities
* Perform installations, servicing, and repairs of garage doors and gates, including automation systems.
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
* Support the Sales and Business Managers with technical input for quotes and job planning.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on-site.
* Ensure tools, vehicles, and inventory are maintained and ready for use.

Skills & Experience
* Proven hands-on experience in garage door and/or gate installation and servicing.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support a team.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with B&D and ATA products (preferred) and other garage door and gate motors / hardware
* Ability to interpret technical manuals and installation guides.
* Current driver's licence (mandatory).
* Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (advantageous).
