About the Role:
The Case Manager is a critical professional who plays a pivotal role in supporting individuals and families affected by domestic violence. This role requires a high level of expertise, independence, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Case Management Services: Provide expert assessment, planning, and coordination of support services for clients.
* Individualized Plans: Develop and implement tailored plans to meet clients' unique needs and goals.
* Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, community agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support services.
* Advocacy: Advocate for clients' rights and interests, including navigating complex systems and services.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and services are provided.

Requirements:
* Australian Driver's License: Must hold a current Australian Driver's License.
* Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in Homelessness, Domestic/Family Violence or similar positions, in a paid or voluntary capacity.
* Qualifications: Certificate IV (or above) in a Human Services related discipline, or a tertiary qualification in a related field such as Social Work.
