About the role
* Production of sales sketches and design concepts using ArchiCAD
* Collaboration with Sales and Design Consultants to refine concepts
* Contribution in the development of new standard product and display homes
* Liaise with local government authorities and land developers
Skills and experience
* 3 years minimum experience in a residential design role producing single/ two storey homes (experience with survey strata lots desirable but not essential)
* Strong understanding of R Codes and NCC (including keeping up to date with relevant changes)
* Sound ArchiCAD knowledge
* Twinmotion experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
* Must display strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
* Ability and willingness to work to deadlines
