Your Impact, With Us
As our valued Patient Services Officer (Medical Receptionist), you'll provide warm, professional, and efficient administrative support across our busy Bundaberg clinics.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping ensure their experience is smooth, respectful, and informed making a meaningful difference from the moment they walk through the door.
You'll make a meaningful impact by:
● Managing appointment bookings, rescheduling, and patient communications
● Liaising with hospital staff, doctors, and clinical teams
● Checking patient GP referrals and Medicare data for accuracy
● Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
● Processing billing and receipting for patient accounts, including Medicare and DVA
● Supporting the team with efficient use of our Health Track system
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
● Experience in administration or customer service, ideally in healthcare or aged care
● Strong time management and prioritisation skills
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to support patients sensitively
● Confidence in billing/receipting medical accounts (Medicare and DVA experience preferred)
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

● High attention to detail and comfort with clinical administration software
