genU are looking for a self-motivated, innovative individual to support our growing organisation!
The** ICT Service Desk Analyst **will provide high quality support and customer service to genU staff through advanced troubleshooting, maintenance and configuration of ICT systems. You will work proactively to follow up and resolve requests raised through the ICT Service Desk.
You will be based at the genU support HUB in Geelong, flexible working arrangements are available.
A competitive remuneration package is on offer, commensurate with experience
**About You**:
Our ideal **ICT Service Desk Analyst** will have excellent communication and customer engagement skills. You will be focused and passionate about improving service delivery with a desire to innovate, improve process, support others and share ideas.
You will be able to meet the following requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology and/or extensive relevant experience;
- Knowledge of Telephony, Hardware, Software, Networking and Enterprise Applications;
- Experience configuring, maintaining & troubleshooting ICT systems;
- Broad ICT knowledge and excellent problem solving skills;
- Ability to train end-users and super-users to improve their ICT capabilities;
- Must have, or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- Must have, or be willing to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' Certificate of Completion;
