As a proactive customer support and training specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing effective and efficient service to our internal customers using UKG Pro. Your responsibility will include delivering comprehensive training to our Kronos users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize the system effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver formal and informal training sessions to ensure our staff are proficient in using UKG Pro.
* Act as the first point of contact for Service Now tickets, triaging and allocating them accordingly.
* Collaborate with operations teams to provide training and support, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
* Assist with resolving payroll queries and provide functional support to Kronos managers to minimize Service Now tickets.
* Maintain data integrity and system compliance by following established procedures and escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting UKG Pro or relevant experience.
* Good understanding of Kronos operational processes and procedures.
* Excellent customer service ethic skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* A process-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving results.
