Job Title: Inside Plant Cabling Quality Assurance Expert
About the Role:
* We're seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Engineer to drive world-class quality in data centers, focusing on fiber-optic and optic components.
* This role involves collaborating with Engineering to establish global standards and best practices for Inside Plant Cabling, developing QA manuals, managing amendments, and defining quality metrics.
* You'll conduct audits and inspections, generate punch lists, report remediation plans, resolve customer complaints, and propose design improvements.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in cabling, interconnect products, technologies, and standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and quick decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Audit and inspect Data Center & Edge sites to ensure standards are met.
* Collaborate with Engineering to establish Global Design Standards and Best Practice Guidelines.
* Develop QA manuals, manage amendments, formulate audit strategies, and define quality and operational metrics.
* Conduct training sessions with local Infra Delivery Teams and other Infra Ops organizations.
* Communicate effectively with technical teams and internal customers.
* Identify and respond to risks and high-priority issues rapidly and effectively.
