Job Title: Organisational Development Specialist

* Partner with leaders to identify professional development needs and design effective strategies for building capability across the organisation.
* Design and deliver impactful programmes, including e-learning, classroom training, microlearning, and knowledge management.
* Support key organisational development initiatives such as culture and engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, onboarding, and offboarding.
About You:
* Proven experience in designing, facilitating, and evaluating impactful programmes.
* Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with tools like Captivate or RISE 360.
* Strategic mindset, solid project management capability, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
