Our Youth & Community Service team empowers and inspires young visitors, providing a safe space to grow and be heard. The Y Space Broken Hill is located within our Regional Aquatic Centre and offers a safe, fun and welcoming environment for young people to connect, build skills and seek support. We run programs that focus on physical and mental wellbeing, life skills and resilience for 12- to 25-year-olds. About the Role We're looking for a motivated and passionate Youth Worker to join our team at Y Space Broken Hill. This role supports our Streetgym and Alternative Suspension programs to create and provide safe, inclusive spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and supported. What You'll Do Support young people to build life skills, confidence, and resilience Facilitate meaningful activities that help youth connect, grow, and belong Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver youth programs and mentoring What We're Looking For Experience in working with young people in community or school-based settings Certificate IV (or working towards) in Youth Work or Community Services Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for empowering young people Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
