2. Monday and Thursday: 9am-1:00pm
3. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 9:30am-1:00pm

Role Overview
As a Customer Banking Specialist Relief in our Ulladulla Branch, your key responsibilities will include:
* Engaging in in-depth conversations with customers to support their banking needs.
* Assisting customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and credit application processing.
* Conducting Financial Health Checks to assess and update customers' financial needs.
* Educating customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
* Problem-solving and providing effective solutions, adhering to our processes and risk management culture.
