About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support the change management and implementation of newly developed curricula and supporting technology platforms in specialist medical training programs. This role involves managing diverse stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand, designing and delivering workshops and training sessions, maintaining technical knowledge of Microsoft D365, and communicating educational principles and curriculum design features.

* Proven experience in education project management and administration, adult education, communications or change management is highly regarded;
The Role:
* Support the implementation of new curricula and training resources in specialist medical training programs;
* Develop and deliver workshops, training sessions, and orientation programs for RACP members and stakeholders;
* Manage and negotiate with committees, member groups and external stakeholders to develop and implement curricula and training resources;
