Fuse Recruitment are seeking an experienced Mill/Forklift Operator to contribute to our client's dynamic teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient day to day operations while adhering to safety protocols and compliance.

* 38hr week (Mon-Thu 6am-2.30pm & Fri 6am-12.30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
* Load and unload trucks efficiently
* Pick, pack, and organise stock materials
* Manual labouring duties (lifting 10-25kg)
* Operate and monitor milling / feed-production equipment to ensure efficient production
* Perform quality checks, maintain product specifications, and identify/report non-conformances
* Unloading/loading of raw materials, finished product, premixes/additives
* Perform general labouring and warehouse duties in addition to forklift operations
* Identify and report any damages following site processes
* Always ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations
Requirements:
* Valid forklift ticket and previous experience operating forklifts
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently
* Must be able to pass a drug test
* High attention to detail
* Ability to complete forms and add data into the system
* Ability to lift up-to 25kg
* Experience working within a warehousing environment
* Flexibility to work overtime, when required and rotate between shifts
