About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and brings out the best in their team. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth service operations, upholding standards, and elevating guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring the team follows the outlet's 'Sequence of Service'. Lead by example in delivering warm, personalized, and efficient guest service. Mentor and support team members through peak service periods. Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and RSA standards. Collaborate with management to improve service, team performance, and guest satisfaction. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a premium dining environment. Deep understanding of service sequences, food and beverage knowledge, and wine pairing. QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (essential); Food Safety certificate and driver's license (desirable). Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills. A passion for hospitality, accountability, and team development.
