Naracoorte Health Service is looking for dedicated Direct Care Workers to join our Residential Care Home team.
If you have a heart for helping others and want to contribute to the well-being of our residents, we want to hear from you!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Provide support in mobility and dexterity maintenance.
- Perform bed making, laundry, and cleaning duties.
- Transport residents and help with daily living activities.
- Communicate resident needs to the Registered Nurse and adhere to all safety and health guidelines.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to follow instructions.
