The Position
We are recruiting a Sales & Performance Analyst to join the Planning team on a full-time, permanent basis, located in Brisbane's inner southern suburbs, with the option to work from home one day a week once settled into the role.
The Sales & Performance Analyst is responsible for analysing, and reporting on industry and internal historical sales data, as well as monitoring and optimising inventory levels.
Key responsibilities include:
Analyse, interpret and report on industry sales performance and market trends
Coordinate and support dealer vehicle orders
Support the forecasting of inventory requirements for dealers nationwide
Coordinate and maintain accurate, optimal stock levels across multiple locations
Supply accurate and timely reports to the supply chain and sales departments
Identify opportunities to improve and optimise supply chain processes to support sales growth
Skills & Experience
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills required
Experience using ERP systems and Power BI
Intermediate Excel capability required
Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels
Previous experience in the automotive or heavy industry preferred but not essential
