Lead Water Treatment Process Engineer
We're seeking a Lead Water Treatment Process Engineer to join our Water Group, based in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Gold Coast. You will play a pivotal role leading the successful technical delivery of drinking water treatment projects for our clients including WTPs, desalination and purified recycled water (PRW) projects from concept to detailed design and project delivery.
Responsibilities
* Play a leadership role in process planning and design for water treatment infrastructure.
* Deliver high‐quality process investigations, analysis and design across the full design lifecycle.
* Be recognized as a trusted advisor to our clients.
* Lead and win work and market‐led innovative offerings. Take a leading role in driving proposals and our pursuit strategy.
* Provide technical governance and design reviews.
* Mentor and coach developing team members.
Qualifications
* Engineering degree and RPEQ, or ability to obtain.
* Significant relevant experience in water treatment process engineering, ideally gained within a consultancy environment.
* Demonstrated skills and experience in the operation, planning and/or design of water treatment process infrastructure and associated works.
* Experience with leading and supporting delivery of bids for local and national clients.
* Desire to support the development and mentoring of our graduate and developing engineers.
