We're looking for a hands‐on Assistant/Duty Manager who leads from the floor and thrives when things are busy and fast‐paced. You'll work alongside the Venue Manager to keep front and back of house operations running smoothly, while supporting your team and delivering great experiences for our guests.

Core Responsibilities
* Work as part of the Venue Leadership Team, taking ownership of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives, and continuously improving customer and team experience.
* Lead a variety of internal teams to offer outstanding customer experiences.
* Maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
* Create and nurture a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
* Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with the hotel's operating hours.
Qualifications & Requirements
* RSA / RSG / RMLV / Approved Manager licence are essential.
* Previous experience in a similar role is required.
