A Steward's role involves maintaining clean and safe back of house areas, delivering exceptional Guest and Member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cleaning equipment, adhering to hygiene regulations and standards
* Performing general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, washing up and emptying rubbish bins and boxes
* Maintaining a hygienic working environment by operating pot-washing machinery
* Ensuring all kitchen and back of house areas are kept clean with equipment cleaned according to the cleaning schedule
* Wearing correct PPE and following guidelines for handling hazardous substances and complying with Health and Safety requirements
* Reporting any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty
