**ABOUT AJT**
Andrew Jones Travel (AJT) is a branch of the CTM family, specializing in providing exclusive and exceptional luxury experiences to our loyal Tasmanian clients. We are on the lookout for a Team Manager to join our team full-time, ready to assist in providing high-end luxury travel solutions and support our amazing staff Come work for a global award-winning company with a strong sustainability focus that values its people, community, and technological innovation

**About the Role**
This role will essentially manage a team of customer service agents (our Consultants). You will oversee the productivity of your team and lead and mentor the group to achieve business objectives as well as their own individual goals. We are looking for someone with great technical skill, that is also a people coach

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in supervising a team to achieve results
- Knowledge of both Tramada and Sabre system (is an advantage, by prior knowledge of any GDS is a bonus)
- Working knowledge of the accounting principles associated with consulting
- Demonstrated understanding of the theories and practice of performance management;
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- A keen eye, and a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Commitment to coaching and growing your team members.
- Experience in internal reporting within the travel industry; particularly in regards to analysing the reporting to better the business and team;
- Ability to delegate effectively

**Key Responsibilities (not limited to)**
- Effectively manage a team of consultants and their performance management
- Provide input into local business planning initiatives by providing your expertise on localised matters that may impact on the company's success
- Develop strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain a strong support network with other Operational Team Managers General Manager - Tasmania, coordinate the dissemination of national or local information respectively, within appropriate timelines
- Coordinate adequate equipment and technology for consultants to perform their roles, whether new or existing
- Formally identify any operational issues hindering planned local or national progress, and transfer this information to your peers, then via the General Manager;
- Responsible for overseeing Health and Safety for those under the roles supervision
