Job Title: Logistics Project Advisor
The successful candidate will work closely with field teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to optimise heavy vehicle utilisation, streamline freight coordination, and contribute to key performance and cost metrics.
* Aggregate road freight demand across Projects, Wells, and Operations
* Optimise use of 30+ heavy vehicles, 60+ trailers, and 50+ operators across 100,000+ transport tasks annually
* Support review and analysis of transport spend and operating budgets
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive CI initiatives
* Provide transport-related advisory support during contract pre-award stages
* Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements and relevant transport regulations
* Collaborate with supply chain, contractors, and end users to enhance logistics performance
* Track and report against key logistics KPIs
Requirements:
* Strong background in freight forwarding, road transport, and customs
* Proven experience in logistics coordination and scheduling optimisation
* Commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on utilisation and efficiency
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Committed to HSSE leadership and continuous improvement
* Comfortable working with logistics systems (SAP Blueprint, mInventory, or similar)
