**Your Responsibilities**
- Executive Assistance_
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across all aspects of the CEO's work.
- Assist with the CEO's personal matters as required.
- Attend client meetings and events alongside the CEO, occasionally outside regular working hours.
- Administrative and Office Operations_
- Oversee office operations, procedures, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily functionality.
- Procure office supplies and personal items for the CEO.
- Answer office phone calls, greet clients, and assist in managing client relationships.
- Ensure the office is clean and organized to create a professional environment.
- Provide other business support and additional support to other directors as required.
**Your Requirements**
- Demonstrated experience in supporting senior executives.
- Experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, RED, etc.) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work and remain accessible outside regular office hours when needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
