The Opportunity

* Assisting the Facilities Management team with day‐to‐day operations
* Providing superior customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
* Maintaining and checking kitchen and office supplies; ordering office supplies and other common items for the site
* Assisting with administration and facilities duties
* Part‐time schedule: 8:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Our Ideal Person

* Confident in performing administrative tasks and working collaboratively
* Experience in customer service and/or front‐of‐house / client‐facing role in a professional or corporate environment
* Dedicated to exceptional customer service with a customer‐centric approach to all tasks
* Excellent time‐management and organisational skills, able to manage workflow, priorities and meet deadlines
* Capable of thinking quickly on their feet and problem‐solving
* Intermediate to advanced skills in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel and Outlook
* Previous experience in facilities, property or related role desired
