Our client is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to join their team as a Selections Coordinator & Sales Consultant. This unique dual role is the engine of their client journey, combining creative design guidance with proactive sales and marketing to deliver exceptional custom homes.

If you thrive on juggling creative client consultations, sourcing high-quality materials, and driving business growth, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact


The Role

Where Design Meets Sales. You will serve as the primary link between our clients' vision and their finished home.


Client Consultation

Guide clients through the entire selection process for interior and exterior finishes, including paint, tiles, flooring, cabinetry, benchtops, fixtures, and fittings.


Supplier Liaison

Source materials, manage negotiations to secure the best pricing and lead times, and follow up on quotes and order confirmations.

Documentation & Ordering: Accurately record all client selections, quotes, and correspondence in our systems (including Canva), and create and issue all necessary purchase orders.


Quality & Budget

Ensure all selections meet design standards, quality benchmarks, and the client's budget.


Client Acquisition

Proactively identify and engage new potential clients interested in building with SF Prestige Homes.


Lead Nurturing

Respond promptly to all sales enquiries and guide leads smoothly through to the contract stage.


Property Marketing

Manage and update company property listings on platforms like realestate.com.au.


Campaign Execution

Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, social media updates, and promotional material.


Growth Strategy

Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
