Community Mental Health Clinician Opportunity
Stride provides mental health services to people with mental illness and complex needs in a community-based setting.
This position is an exciting opportunity for a qualified clinician to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. As a Community Mental Health Clinician, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive assessment, brief and ongoing interventions, risk management, and care planning for individuals experiencing psychological distress.
* Job Description:
* Provide focused psychological strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of people accessing the service within a community-based mental health care setting.
* Work with relevant service systems to respond appropriately to their mental health and developmental needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Must have one of the following: General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, or AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
* Demonstrated a comprehensive level of knowledge, expertise, and skill; specifically, Brief Intervention Models of Care.
* Commitment to professional development and willingness to participate in a continuous learning environment.
