About the role Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a skilled service technician with strong experience in engines, gearbox rebuilds, and electrical diagnostics—particularly on older model bikes. Duties General servicing and repairs including CVT transmissions, CV boots/shafts, suspension, and electrical fault finding Top-end rebuilds: pistons, camshafts, cam changes, and related work Major services including top-end and bottom-end engine work Diagnostics, suspension work, CVT clutch rebuilds, tyre changing Gearbox rebuilds and precision mechanical work Skills and experience Ability to work independently—no micromanagement required High attention to detail with a genuine passion for motorcycles Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and pride in quality output Proven ability to produce high hours with minimal comebacks Hands-on experience with Yamaha and Kawasaki (desirable) Trade qualification (Cert IV) with minimum 5 years’ experience Benefits Up to $100k salary for the right candidate Supportive, close-knit team with a fun and positive work environment Bonus structure based on business performance (previously achieved) Monday–Friday 8–5 with optional Saturday work (3–4 hours depending on workload) OEM training provided (mostly online) How to Apply If you are interested in joining a successful business for this fantastic full-time position, please send us your resume today.
