About the role
This is responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of our beautiful and historic Rushall Park village based in North Fitzroy, the world's oldest continuously operating retirement village. This unique setting combines heritage architecture, tree-lined streets and a close-knit community atmosphere, right in the heart of Melbourne's inner north.
In this role, you will lead staff rostering and management, resident support, stakeholder communication, and ensure high standards of service and compliance within budget. Just as importantly, you will provide emotional and social supportto residents when they need it, and create engaging, inclusive programs that enrich daily life and nurture community connections.

About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who bring strong people skills and a genuine interest in retirement living. You may have experience in:
* Property or community management
* Community management
* Aged care sector
What You'll Bring
* Experience with Aged Care or Retirement Living.
* Qualifications in resident welfare, social work, psychology, chaplaincy, or pastoral care are highly desirable.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem solve
* A compassionate and resident-focused approach
* Understanding of retirement living operations, compliance and sales, or a strong willingness to learn
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
