We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Coffs Harbour store and make it the place locals love to shop.
What you'll be doing
* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
* Owning store performance across sales, wages, stock and customer experience
* Creating a positive, engaged culture where people enjoy coming to work
* Driving results while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards
* Being hands‑on on the shop floor while managing day‑to‑day operations
