As a Goodstart Educator, you will become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. About Goodstart Toormina
Our 76‐place centre has been rated as Exceeding in all 7 National Quality Standards. The centre director, Jodie, brings 16 years of childcare experience, with over 14 years at Toormina. The centre hosts family events and community celebrations and features a community garden nurtured by families.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to develop and implement learning programs.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
* Support children's development in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Participate in centre activities, events, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check.
