**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and services of our Eastern Creek site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment and automated systems.
* Lead, train, and support a team of maintenance technicians.
* Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' facilities or maintenance management experience, ideally in a warehouse/distribution environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of building systems, conveyors, PLCs, and automation.
* Proven project management experience, including large-scale capital projects.
* Understanding of WHS legislation and compliance standards.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
