You will play a pivotal role in supporting families and carers throughout their loved one's recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure families and carers are engaged, supported, and empowered to build hope, trust, and confidence in their caring role.
* To strengthen understanding of mental health, recovery principles, and effective communication while improving resilience, wellbeing, & self-care.
* To enhance social connection and develop sustainable support networks.
* To navigate services, supports, and referral pathways for the benefit of our clients.
* To empower family members and carers with practical strategies for managing the complexities of caring.
* To maintain healthy family relationships and recovery-focused collaboration.
