Your New Role
You will lead visual merchandising across NSW, overseeing a busy portfolio of standalone stores, outlets and concessions.
This is a regional role where you'll spend most of your time in store, guiding teams, lifting standards and ensuring every location reflects the brand's look, feel and commercial priorities.
Your week will involve seasonal floorsets, mannequin styling, weekly newness, layout changes and in-the-moment problem solving.
You'll partner with Store Managers, the Area Manager and the national VM team to keep execution consistent, customer-focused and aligned with brand direction.
Key Focus Areas
Oversee VM execution across all NSW stores and concessions with a hands-on, in-store approach
Deliver seasonal floorsets, new arrivals, mannequin styling and promotional changes with accuracy and pace
Coach store teams on styling, layout flow, presentation standards and VM principles
Review trade, stock flow and customer movement to adjust visuals and support commercial outcomes
Ensure all state execution aligns with national VM direction through clear, timely communication
Conduct regular store visits, providing real-time feedback and hands-on support with layout and styling
Support new store openings, refits and major brand events with strong planning and execution
Partner with retail leaders to maintain high VM standards and lift capability across the region
The Experience Checklist
Proven multi-site VM experience (non-negotiable) with the ability to lead a full region with confidence.
Strong styling and mannequin experience with an eye for balance, detail and brand alignment
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with weekly or fortnightly newness
Confident in training and influencing teams across multiple locations
Strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Commercial mindset with the ability to make practical visual decisions that support sales
Current drivers licence and your own transport (car allowance provided)
