This role is responsible for producing persuasive, user-first digital content that converts. With a strong focus on performance marketing and website copy. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, works autonomously with little support, and leverages AI tools to increase velocity and output across platforms. This is a role for a copywriter who blends creativity with conversion thinking, is fluent in UX writing principles, and knows how to reduce cognitive load while delivering compelling brand messages. Key Responsibilities: Performance Website Copy Write high-converting copy for performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok, Youtube, and emerging channels. Own the creation of website copy and landing page content with a focus on user experience, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and clarity. Run A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, iterating based on performance data. Collaborate closely with product, growth, performance marketing, design and lifecycle teams to ensure a cohesive and effective user journey. Craft persuasive, benefit-led product copy that brings new innovations to life while capturing key USPs and technical details. Embrace AI tools to boost speed, scalability, and ideation. Doing the work of multiple copywriters without sacrificing quality. Create in-depth, long-form and well-researched content that will help achieve organic visibility. Brand Content Strategy Develop consistent, on-brand messaging across marketing touchpoints including website, blogs, emails, social media, and internal materials. Synthesise real patient insights (interviews, reviews, research) to shape persuasive, patient-first messaging to be leveraged across all channels and mediums. Support brand campaigns, product launches, and company announcements with creative copy that elevates perception and drives action. Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Deliver on individual and set departmental OKR and KPI’s as determined from time to time.
