Who We Are:
Woodcrest State College is a vibrant Prep to Year 12 government school located in Springfield, Queensland. Established in 1998, the college sits on 17 acres and offers state-of-the-art facilities, a diverse curriculum, and strong pathways in academics, vocational education, sport, and the arts. With a dedicated Trade Training Centre (WesTEC), the school prepares students for both further study and employment, supporting their growth in a dynamic and future-focused learning environment.
Step Into Your Next Chapter:
* Provide high-level administrative support to partner schools, RTOs, and WesTEC Management by managing the student enrolment process, handling enquiries, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date student records and databases.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, students, parents/carers, and the broader school community.
* Coordinate key school events, including parent information nights, graduations, and other special occasions.
The Perfect Fit:
* A strong focus on marketing and communication is essential. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent online and social media presence to promote the school and engage with the wider community
* Collaboration is critical in this role, particularly in ensuring school databases remain accurate and aligned across systems.
* The ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders will be key to successfully promoting the school and supporting its events and programs.
