About The Role

As a Project Officer with Everymind, you will play a key support role in the delivery of state and national mental health and suicide prevention initiatives. Working closely with the Project Lead and Senior Project Officers, you will contribute to the coordination, implementation and monitoring of projects to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.

In This Role, You Will

* Support the delivery of mental health and suicide prevention programs and projects
* Assist with project planning, coordination and reporting activities
* Contribute to the development of project resources, documentation and communications
* Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes
* Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient project delivery

About You

You are organised, proactive and passionate about contributing to meaningful work. You enjoy working collaboratively and thrive in a fast‐paced, project‐driven environment.

You will demonstrate

* Relevant qualifications in health, social sciences, project management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience supporting project delivery and working to defined project plans
* Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* A genuine interest in mental health and suicide prevention
