Seeking a hands‐on Service Warranty Manager to take ownership of the final stage of the build process and ongoing warranty works.
* Conduct final QA inspections prior to handover
* Manage post-handover warranty and maintenance works
* Coordinate and oversee trades to ensure timely defect resolution
* Work closely with the Service Coordinator and report directly to the Building Manager
* Maintain high‐quality standards and strong customer outcomes
* Utilise systems such as iPad/ClickHome to track jobs and updates
Requirements
* Strong background in residential construction (volume building highly regarded)
* Trade-qualified (carpentry, plastering, tiling or similar)
* Hands‐on, proactive, and solutions‐focused
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Tech‐savvy (ClickHome experience a bonus)
* Takes pride in quality and customer satisfaction
