Branch Assistant
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through product selection processes and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role ensures that customers receive exceptional service.
* Assist customers with product selection and order management
* Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including local builders and plumbers
* Coordinate deliveries while representing the company with professionalism
* Provide consultative advice to help customers achieve their renovation goals
* Create quotes process sales and follow up on orders
* Manage an account base and support store operations
* Collaborate with your team to deliver high-level customer service
Industry experience in plumbing products or wholesale/trade sales would be advantageous. You should be comfortable engaging with customers and providing personalized recommendations.
Driving licence is required; forklift licence is preferred.
