** About Us**
- Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
- Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

**VCAT**
- The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. - VCAT has embarked on a service transformation focused on delivering enhance digital service, providing easier access to services, developing stronger connections with service partners through technology integrations and digital workflows and building an empowered and capable workforce who are receptive and ready for change.

**About the Role**
- The Regional Venue Manager is an exciting role offering you the ability to lead people in a front-line service delivery environment at the new Wyndham Law Courts facility.
- You will manage the staff and infrastructure resources needed for hearing and customer service operations at the venue.
- If you like to work within a diverse and fast paced environment, enjoy liaising with a wide range of people and have a passion for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, this role is for you
- The role also presents a unique opportunity to travel between venues, as required and take a lead role in a crucial service provided to local communities.

**About You**
- experience in leadership and people management within a front-line service delivery environment
- experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- ability to address operational issues as they arise
- If you have demonstrated management experience within a court or tribunal environment, that will be highly considered.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.
