- Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

**About the Role**
- The Regional Venue Manager is an exciting role offering you the ability to lead people in a front-line service delivery environment at the new Wyndham Law Courts facility.
- You will manage the staff and infrastructure resources needed for hearing and customer service operations at the venue.
- If you like to work within a diverse and fast paced environment, enjoy liaising with a wide range of people and have a passion for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, this role is for you
- The role also presents a unique opportunity to travel between venues, as required and take a lead role in a crucial service provided to local communities.
**About You**
- experience in leadership and people management within a front-line service delivery environment
- experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- ability to address operational issues as they arise
- If you have demonstrated management experience within a court or tribunal environment, that will be highly considered.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.
