Department Supervisor Role
The Department Supervisor plays a pivotal part in achieving our goal of offering exceptional service and style to all consumers. This role involves leading the department team in providing outstanding customer service, maintaining merchandising & visual standards, and coaching and developing team members.
* Delivering exceptional customer service every time
* Supporting and guiding the team to achieve excellent service and a 'service over task' environment
* Acquiring and sharing product knowledge for your department
* Contribution towards improving sales results within your department
* Collaborating with the back of house team to ensure product availability
* Ensuring company standards are upheld and store visual excellence is delivered
Qualified candidates should possess 2-3 years' experience within retail or a related industry, be passionate about creating an amazing service experience, and have a proven track record in driving and exceeding set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Strong communication skills are essential when interacting with various stakeholders.
