Hydraulic Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales representative to develop and manage our existing customer base while building new business prospects in the Canning Vale location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop trust relationships with customers, acquiring a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements, and expanding business relationships by proposing value-adding solutions that meet their objectives.
* Implement direct sales strategies, including conceptual changes to traditional business methodology, to obtain business from new and existing accounts via a planned and proactive approach.
* Work with franchises to build successful and acceptable levels of sales, profitability, promotional, and technical expertise.
* Achieve sales targets as set by management for the assigned market sector and territory/region allocated.
* Maintain accurate records, including up-to-date CRM and sales opportunity pipelines.
* Cultivate a deep understanding of fluid systems products and services, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Operate within provided account discount structures and relevant trading terms, implementing contract guidelines as necessary.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to execute product range promotions, ensuring well-executed campaigns.
* Manage customer expectations, executing the sale of products and services as the industry's most preferred or best solutions, realizing market leadership.
